At Luna Wedding & Event Supplies, we want your special day to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unopened condition and that it has been less than 30 days since your order was delivered.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive an RMA authorization.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Pack the items carefully in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include your return authorization slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our warehouse via a tracked service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
